Delete Your Account

Overview

This page explains how to delete your ANToinette account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time — no app required.

Delete by Email

Email us from the address or Telegram account linked to your ANToinette account with the subject "Delete my account". Include your Telegram username or the email you used to sign up so we can locate your account.

We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and identity data (Telegram ID, username, name, device identifiers)
• Your messages, transcripts, and onboarding answers
• Your voice recordings and any attached media
• Your profile data and preferences
• Your friend connections and access settings
• Your push notification tokens

What We May Retain

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it — for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — for the minimum period required by law, after which it is permanently deleted.
