Delete Your Account

Overview

This page explains how to delete your ANToinette account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time — no app required.

Delete From The App (Fastest)

1. Open ANToinette and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately. You can reactivate it by signing in again within 30 days. After 30 days your data is permanently deleted.

Delete By Email (If You No Longer Have The App)

Email us from the address linked to your ANToinette account with the subject "Delete my account". Include the email or username you use in ANToinette so we can locate your account.

We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and identity data (email, name, sign-in identifiers, and device identifiers)
• Your messages, transcripts, and onboarding answers
• Your voice recordings and photos
• Your profile data and preferences
• Your friend connections and access settings
• Your push notification tokens

What We May Retain

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it — for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — for the minimum period required by law, after which it is permanently deleted.
